HOT ROD WEST COAST SWING WORKSHOP
Includes the 30 minutes Warmup. There are 15 minute breaks between the lessons and 30 hour open pratice session afterwards. Videos are ok.
After the workshop you are invited to go out to eat at MUGS with the a bunch of us.Tune Up Lesson – 45 minutes
Hot Rod Basics with some technique tossed in for dancers who want to get more ideas for social dancing with better technique. If you feel you are intermediate level, you still will get a LOT out of this class!
Nitro Shot Lesson – 45 minutes
Beginner Plus to Intermediate flash. Get moves and style for lead and follow that works great on the social dance floor. Learn more advanced body movement.
Practicum – 30 Minutes
Open Dancing for 30 minutes with time to get some personal tips from Bruce.
